thomas d. herlocker (RETIRED)
Born in Winfield, KS, Thomas was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 1963. He was also admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas. Thomas attended Stanford Univeristy before receiving a B.A. from the University of Kansas in 1960. He received his legal education from the University of Kansas School of Law, graduating with a J.D. in 1963. Thomas acted as editor of the University of Kansas Law Review from 1961-63, and was on the KU School of Law Board of Governors from 1984-86. He served as a County Counselor in Cowley County, Kansas, from 1967-72. Thomas is also an approved Kansas Certified Mediator, and has been an active Municipal Court Judge in Winfield, Kansas, since 1971. He is a member of the Wichita, Cowley County and Kansas Bar Assocations.
j. dennis herlocker
Born in Winfield, KS, Dennis was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1967, and the Kansas Bar in 1974. He received a B.S. from the Univeristy of Kansas in 1964. Dennis received his legal education from the University of Texas School of Law, graduating with an L.L.B. in 1967. He is a member of the Cowley County Bar Association, and served as President of the association in 1983. Dennis is also a member of the Kansas Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.

Born in Lawrence, KS, Lucy was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 1986. She received a B.A. from the University of Kansas in 1983. She received her legal education from the University of Kansas School of Law, graduating with a J.D. in 1986. Lucy also served on the KU School of Law Board of Governors from 2006-08. She is a member of the Cowley County Bar Association, and served as President of the association from 2007-09. She is also a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations.
